Equipment

All players grades 3-8 must have a water bottle, girl's lacrosse stick, goggles and a mouthguard.

Suncreen is also recommended!

Hair must be tied back/out of their faces at all times.

Players are required to wear a properly fitted mouthguard at all times.  Players should have several made in advance and keep in their stick bag.

Goggles are a very personal choice as the fit differs from manufacturer.  STX and Cascade sells mini and adult size goggles and each are approved by US Lacrosse. Players should go to the store and try them on before buying them.

Sticks:  The purchase of a stick is also a personal choice.  We recommend a starter stick for beginner players and then they can grow into the more advanced stick.

Thompson's in Summit and Kick n Sticks in Millburn both offer our Club a 10% discount on lacrosse stick purchases.

STX, Warrior, Harrow and DeBeer all sell quality sticks for women lacrosse players.  The stick should be cut to the proper lenght so they player will be successful at catching and throwing.  These stores can cut the stick at the time of purchase or the stick can be cut at home.
