Games/ Practices and Equipment
~Attendance is taken and important. Those that make practice ~ play.
~Bring MOLDED mouth guard, stick, water bottle, goggles, and sunscreen to practice and games.
~Prompt pick up and drop off.
TEAMS
~Players will be broken into two equal teams. They will practice together, so please don’t be alarmed if your daughter is not on the same team as her best friend…they will see each other at every practice. We will determine the teams just prior to the first game.
~Players are not permitted to play if they do not have goggles and a mouth guard.
~Unless it is a medical emergency, parents are to wait 24 hours before contacting the
coaches to discuss any game related matter. We do not have equal playing time for all
players and beginner players are not given field/game time until we feel they can
play and be safe. Rest assured that all players will get plenty of lacrosse
and scrimmage time at practices.
~We encourage and demand that all players respect coaches, teammates and officials.
Players will be asked to work with all of their peers during practices. This builds a
community and team spirit.
~ Players are to come to practice ready to play. Cell phone use, unless it is an
Emergency, is not encouraged.
Parents
Please observe from the sidelines at practices or games. US Lacrosse rules say that no one can be within 15 feet of the bench. Leave the coaching to us. Thank you.
